What is the purpose of the Make a Difference Foundation (MADF)?

To operate an employer-sponsored assistance program that can respond to any type of disaster or emergency hardship situation for full-time employees of Kimray, Inc.

What is the definition of disaster and hardship relating to the foundation?

A disaster is a sudden event, such as an accident or a natural catastrophe that causes great damage or loss of life. A hardship is severe suffering or deprivation. Please see our guidelines for examples.

Who will make up the selection committee?

Five representatives who are full-time team members of Kimray, Inc., as voted on by their fellow team members.

Who is qualified to apply for assistance?

Full-time team members, retirees and their direct family members.

How do I apply for assistance?

Fill out the online application or pick up an application from the People & Culture team. Submit the completed application to the People & Culture team.

How do I support the foundation?

You can contribute financially by using the form provided at the front desk and turning it in to the People & Culture team or mailing it to the following address:

Yes, any contribution made to the Make a Difference Foundation is tax deductible.

You can donate now. The Foundation is able to accept donations immediately.
