What is the purpose of the Make a Difference Foundation (MADF)?

To operate an employer-sponsored assistance program that can respond to any type of disaster or emergency hardship situation for full-time employees of Kimray, Inc. and respective family members.

What is the definition of disaster and hardship relating to the foundation?

A disaster is a sudden event, such as an accident or a natural catastrophe that causes great damage or loss of life. A hardship is severe suffering or deprivation. Please see “Guidelines” for examples.

Who will make up the selection committee?

Five representatives who are full-time employees of Kimray, Inc., as voted on by their fellow employees.

Who is qualified to apply for assistance?

Full-time employees, retirees and their direct family members.

How do I apply for assistance?

Fill out the MADF online application or pick up an application from the Human Resources Department. Submit the application to the MADF program coordinator or through this website.

 

How do I support the foundation?

You can contribute financially by using the MADF form provided at the front desk and turning it in to the Human Resources Department or mailing it to the following address:

Are donations tax exempt?

Yes, any contribution made to the Make a Difference Foundation is tax deductible.

When can I begin to donate?

You can donate now. The Foundation is able to accept donations immediately.
